These terms govern your use of Reviewal (reviewal.net). By creating an account you agree to them. They're written to be read.
Reviewal is a personal timeline: you add renewals, deadlines, and seasonal tasks, and we display them and email you reminders. You can also connect AI assistants and share sections by email. We aim to be reliable, but Reviewal is a reminder aid, not a system of record — you're responsible for your own critical deadlines (visa expiries, legal filings, medication schedules and the like), and you shouldn't rely on any single tool, ours included, as the only safeguard for something that matters that much.
Sign-in is by email link or passkey; keeping your email account secure is what keeps your Reviewal account secure. You must be at least 16 to use the service. One person per account.
What you put on your timeline stays yours. You grant us only the license needed to store it, display it back to you, and send the emails you configure. Don't use Reviewal to send spam, harass people, or store unlawful content; recipient sharing exists so families can coordinate, and we enforce sending limits to keep it that way. We can suspend accounts that abuse the sending features.
We're a small product improving quickly: features may change, and occasional downtime happens. We'll give reasonable notice by email before any change that removes a capability you're paying for. We may discontinue the service with at least 60 days' notice, during which you can export your data.
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties and our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't lawfully be limited.
You can delete your account at any time (email support@reviewal.net). We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice unless the violation makes that impractical.
If we change these terms materially, we'll email you before the change takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that is acceptance.
